1. Call to Order
Meeting called to order 7:30PM by Patrick. Introductions and welcome extended to all in attendance including Jennifer Altherr, Jack Campbell, Phil Snyder
2. Passage of Minutes
October Meeting Minutes passed
3. Christmas Party
RSVP notice by e-mail starting November 13th and ending November 29th
Party to take place at Sweetwater on Fri, Dec 8 beginning at 6pm; food at 6:30pm; guest speaker at 7:30; awards at 8pm
Cathie Rowand confirmed as guest speaker: Cycling Vacations
Food selection discussion and decision via vote to use Zianos for catering
Club members will be encouraged to bring a dessert
4. 3RVS Copyright
Discussion on protocol for use of Three Rivers Velo Sports-trademarked assets by individuals or outside entities
General consensus that such use should not be permitted without formal approval by the club officers
To be further discussed at future meeting to formalize policy, as part of the club constitution if appropriate
5. 50th Anniversary Jersey Update
Anniversary apparel order has been placed
Excellent response resulted in 137 pre-order pieces and 6 extra pieces
Order on track to arrive prior to Christmas party
50% payment due up front (Club is paying)
Apparel will be delivered and paid for at Christmas party

Balance includes Racing and Franke Park maintenance
Revenue includes Meijer Race Sponsorship; clothing; membership dues
Expenditures include Jersey Ride supplies
$100 donation to be sent to Saturn Church for use of parking lot for Wednesday night rides

58 free rides in 2017
- 1,656 riders participated
- Average number of riders per ride - 29
Show n Go ride schedule begins: Saturday/Sunday @ 12pm (Homestead H.S. or Arcola)
Discussion of possibility of Show n Go rides from popular north side starting points

Chilly Challenge: Susan Hunt to help; Chilly donations to be requested; request for volunteers
Mona and volunteers will sort and package 50th Anniversary orders
