Meeting called to order 7:30 by Patrick. Welcome extended to guest, members, and officers. Introduction of officers and members to guests.
-Minutes presented for meeting of January 8 2015. Motion to accept minutes Jane, second by Patrick. Vote carried minutes accepted.
-Treasurers report by Hugh. Explained debits and credits. Totals include Franke project $1,302.82, Jerseys (-)$1063.90.  Debts include Chilly Challenge, Christmas light ride, donation to Ronald McDonald House. Credits include membership dues. Kathy reminded officers the need of parking donation for Girls Ride Out tours for 2014.
-Touring reported by Steve via e-mail to Patrick. Continuing to seek ride leaders for 2 groups of riders. Leaders needed for the 10 to 13 mph group and the 18 to 19 mph group.
-Off road report by Phil. Snow and go skiing as weather permits.  Riding also as weather permits. Phil reminds to check website for updated ride and ski information.
-Newsletter report by Kathy. Please submit any newsletter information before the 18th of each month for consideration of the next month’s issue.
-Membership report by Jane. Family members total 76 and individual members 83 for total memberships of 159. Of this total is 17 new members.
-Publicity, no report.
-Racing report by Joe. Training rides to start late April early May. An update will follow once weather starts to improve.
-Website, no report.
Items of additional interest.
*An exciting opportunity has opened up for 3RVS members. The club is in need of a director for the Festival Ride. Most of the volunteers are in place for the tour. The director will be responsible to be in-charge of the committee and oversee registration and volunteers.  Patrick invites all members to consider how they may share their talents to help with this great tour. Officers will secure with deposits at start/finish and SAG venue for the Festival Ride.

*3RVS Shorts, Jerseys and Cycle Caps  Clothing ideas were presented. Designs, colors, sizing, styles and materials were considered. Members and officers voted in favor of offering these cycling materials to members. 3RVS shorts are a new item and will be offered in two different styles including bibs.  Price to be considered once final cost are collected pricing expected to be competitive with other outlets of cycling supplies. Kathy to e-mail membership to assure interest before placing an order.

*Fort 4 Fitness Spring Cycle Fest  The touring committee will be chaired this year by Patrick. The board is adding a 10 mile loop to the tour. This is an effort to introduce the novice riders to the touring concept. Patrick asked for Phil’s help with mapping of this additional 10 mile loop.
