Meeting called to order at 7:30pm.  The minutes from February 5, 2015 were approved.

Treasurer’s Report:  Income from the previous month includes $730 from membership dues.  Expenditures from the previous month include renewal of membership for the League of American Bicyclists.  Also, IMBA annual membership is due.  Hugh will pay membership dues after receiving clarification of off-road membership numbers as the IMBA renewal price varies by the amount of off-road club members.  The Franke Fund stands at $1,202.82.  The Jersey debit is $1,063.90.

Hugh gave an update on the Festival Tour.  The SAG at Churubusco High School has been reserved.  Carroll High School has been queried and waiting for response for approval of Hickory School starting point.  Also, Hugh is in the process of completing the Three Rivers Festival application for official sanctioned event.

Touring:  No report other than the official opening day of weekend touring is Sunday, April 12th at 12pm at Leo, High School.

Presentation:  Jim Kelsey, owner of Bike Town Rickshaw, gave a presentation to officers concerning participation in the 3RF parade.   He is organizing various bicycle entities in Fort Wayne for an entry in the parade.  He is requesting that 3RVS participate with 4 club members.  The theme of this year’s parade celebrates the Children’s Zoo’s 50th anniversary.  Thus, all parade entries must have a zoo theme.  Jim is asking that anyone who is interested be able to provide the following; 1) $10 rider fee; 2) give 3 hours of time to participate in the parade; 3) have a stuffed “zoo” animal attached on the bike or rider; 4) decorate your bicycle wheels with paper mache.  Interested club members can contact Patrick Stelte:  president@3rvs.com

Off-Road Report:  Phil gave a presentation with a philanthropy request.  Heart of the City Bicycles is a non-profit organization that procures and repairs bicycles for distribution to the homeless.  This group has been in existence since late 2013 and is located at the Heart of the City Mission at 1651 Cass St.  A shop is located inside the building and is open Fridays from 9am to 12pm.  Interested homeless people fill out an application for a bicycle and do volunteer work to “earn” a ride.  The bike shop is run on donations from the community.  Phil requested 3RVS donate $300 to Heart of the City Bicycles for repair items.  Club officers and members present agreed with Phil’s request.  The officers preferred to work out a payment method that would reimburse costs that were procured.  Phil will work with the organization to establish such accounting.

Clothing Update:  Kathy has received enough requests to start an order for club jerseys and club shorts.  An April 1st order will arrive by June 1st.  A minimum order of 25 jerseys and 50 shorts will be made.  If any club members are interested in purchasing 3RVS apparel, please contact Kathy ASAP:  newsletter@3rvs.com

Membership Report:  179 total members.  93 individual and 43 family.

Publicity Report:  Wendy is working on poster board design for sandwich board.

Racing:  No Report.

Facebook Discussion:  Within the past few weeks, there have been Facebook postings on 3RVS’s Facebook page of offensive content.  Mike Heyes, Webmaster and Facebook administrator has come up with guidelines of usage that officers have approved.  Those guidelines are stated below:

In light of some recent posts I have reluctantly decided that some rules for posting to this group page are necessary. Posts that violate these rules will be deleted and may result in the poster being kicked from the group. Please, let's keep this group focused on being positive.
