The host will allow riders to use restroom and vending machines to purchase ride nutrition supplies. Route is listed on web site SWS-1. Ronald McDonald House bicycle tour provided Steve with results from the end of ride survey. Steve shared all of the statistics from the survey with members. Registered riders totaled 276 this included 183 tour riders plus family route riders. Those returning the survey gave very favorable marks to all areas where the club members were involved. Patrick thanked members and officers for their continued support to the event.

-Off Road report by Phil. With the trails muddy at best, otherwise flooded, rides have concentrated on urban exploring. Hoped to get to the Franke trail soon to see if resent storms had damaged any of the trail.

-Newsletter-3RVS Clothing sales report by Kathy. Kathy thanked contributors to the newsletter articles. As always entries should be submitted before the 18th of each month for consideration of the next issue. Club shorts, bibs, and jerseys are selling fast and sizes are becoming limited for men’s jerseys.

-Publicity reported by Mona. Working to have club rides listed in the Journal-Gazette Weekender addition. Visited local bike shops to refresh Festival brochures. Kathy supplied Fort Wayne Outfitters with posters and brochures for the Festival ride.  Discussed with Steve and members the idea of starting a Strava forum with 3RVS members. Mona noted concerns from members and perspective members the difficulty in navigating from Facebook to web page for rides. Mona will contact Mike Heyes to better understand the flow to help those questioning the easiest method and cross-promote our social media websites.

-Membership reported by Jane. As of June:  68 new members have joined 3RVS. Total memberships:  293 of those 130 were family memberships; 163 individual.

-Racing report by Joe. A number of new and beginner racers have joined the racing group. Beginning this month, the Tuesday night training rides will begin at Suburban Bethlehem Church. Rides will be using Flaugh Road. Moving to a different location each week has been difficult for riders. Training rides have had a mix of women and men riders.  Joe wishes to expand involvement to new racers. Kathy reports the Thursday time trials have moved due to bad road conditions and will start at 6:30pm. Start area will be on old US24 at state road 101. Parking will be along the road way. The route will travel east to Antwerp then return.
